Encouraging people to live and lead with purpose

Book Jordan

The Heart Behind My Speaking

I’ve always believed that leadership isn’t about having a title — it’s about how you show up for people. Whether I’m working on the airfield, mentoring students through Leaders of Today, or speaking at a conference, my goal is the same: help people see that leadership starts right where they are.

When I speak, I share stories — real ones. The kind that come from the runway, from community projects, from moments of failure and faith. My talks mix humor, reflection, and honesty because I believe the best lessons are the ones we can actually see ourselves in.

I don’t come with all the answers — I come with questions that help people think differently. Questions like: What are you building that will outlast you? Who are you becoming? And most importantly: How can you start living that way right now?

My Message

My faith in Jesus is at the center of everything I do, and it shapes every message I share. I believe faith and leadership belong in the same conversation — it’s the way we live out what we believe through the way we serve, love, and lead others.

When I speak, I want people to walk away encouraged to trust Jesus, to lead with integrity, and to live with intention in their work, their families, and their communities.

“You don’t have to be fully ready to be called, you just have to be willing.”

Topics I Speak On

You can customize my talks for schools, churches, conferences, and community events. Here are a few themes I love sharing:

  • Nothing Good Happens on Accident – Living intentionally in a distracted world

  • Leaders of Today – Helping students see that leadership starts now, not someday

  • Legacy Starts Now – Building a life that lasts longer than you do

  • Faith in the Ordinary – Following Jesus in the middle of ordinary days

  • Dream Big - Building a life that’s bigger than your comfort zone

  • The Work of Rest – Finding purpose and peace in slowing down

  • Perspective from the Airplane – Leadership lessons from aviation and teamwork

(Each talk can be adapted for student groups, corporate teams, or faith-based audiences.)

Limited Availability

I love speaking and connecting with new audiences, but I also believe in living out what I teach — being present with my family, my church, and the students I mentor. Because of that, I only accept a limited number of speaking opportunities each year.

If you’d like to invite me to your event, please reach out early so we can plan something meaningful together. I want every engagement to be intentional, personal, and tailored to your audience’s needs.

What to Expect

My speaking style is conversational, engaging, and story-driven. I combine personal experiences with practical steps that help people walk away ready to take action.

But here’s the thing — I don’t believe in just talking at people. That’s boring, and honestly, it doesn’t stick. Every talk I give is interactive and designed to feel more like a conversation than a lecture. I ask questions, invite stories, and make sure the audience is part of what’s happening.

Because I truly believe you remember more — and grow more — when you have to engage with what’s in front of you. Whether it’s a keynote, chapel talk, or workshop, I want people to walk away not just inspired, but involved.

My goal in every setting is to:

  • Encourage people to think intentionally

  • Challenge them to reflect and grow

  • Make learning and faith feel alive, personal, and practical

Audience Fit

I’ve spoken to:

  • High school and college students

  • Nonprofit and community organizations

  • Faith groups and churches

  • Leadership conferences and panels

If your event is about purpose, growth, leadership, or faith — I’d love to be part of it.
